The time has come when the American people, and especially professing followers of Jesus Christ, will have to decide whether moral biblical Law will be the standard applied rule of law in our land or not. The ongoing and accelerating deterioration witnessed in government politics and policies, elections, education, the economy, and moral standards have now gone past the point of no return. To think we can reform, rehabilitate, and reverse the present-day trends in this corrupt system is dreaming of what can never be.
Warnings from History
Biblical history is replete with examples of the ongoing unfaithfulness and rebellion of Old Covenant Israel and God’s judgments against them. Although He sent Israel many prophets to warn them time and time again, they refused to listen and repent. The Apostle Paul, in Romans chapter 1, recounted Israel’s history of moral perversion in detail – not unlike we are witnessing today. In that chapter, Paul repeats one phrase three times: “And God gave them over.” In other words, the moral perversions became so bad that God gave them over to their own lusts and their deserved consequential judgment. That’s where we are now in America.
Despite many well-meaning sincere Christian believers, who are tryting to find the ways and means to reverse the destructive course we are one, they will not be able to alter it. There are many conservative, biblically-based churches out there but they have failed to stop the ongoing dissolution of our nation. There are many primary reasons for that, but I will only address one here.
The Answer is Not Hard to Understand
Until we realize that the righteous and holy commandments, statutes, and judgments must become the basis of the rule of law, we will not turn back the catastrophic course of God’s judgment. Is it too late? Has the God revealed in the Bible given us over like He did to Israel? Whether or not we are on an inevitable train wreck, the likes we cannot imagine, I don’t know. What I do know is that if we do not repent and return to the God of our fathers and bring back His righteous Law, we cannot be saved as a nation.
But let me just delineate a few of the many judgments that must be implemented without delay and carried out through federal and state legislation:
1. Regarding practicing, unrepentant homosexuals, here is what God has established:
You shall not sleep with a male as one sleeps with a female; it is an abomination. – Leviticus 18:22
If there is a man who sleeps with a male as those who sleep with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they must be put to death. They have brought their own deaths upon themselves. – Leviticus 20:13

Similarly, it is an abomination to look like a transgender:
A woman must not wear men’s clothing, and a man must not wear women’s clothing, for whoever does these things is detestable to the LORD your God. – Deuteronomy 22:5
2. In regard to child sacrifice or abortion:
Tell the Israelites, “Any Israelite or foreigner living in Israel who gives any of his children to Molech must be put to death. The people of the land are to stone him. And I will set My face against that man and cut him off from his people, because by giving his offspring to Molech, he has defiled My sanctuary and profaned My holy name. And if the people of the land ever hide their eyes and fail to put to death the man who gives one of his children to Molech, then I will set My face against that man and his family and cut off from among their people both him and all who follow him in prostituting themselves with Molech." – Leviticus 20:2-5

3. In regard to bestiality:
You must not lie carnally with any animal, thus defiling yourself with it; a woman must not stand before an animal to mate with it; that is a perversion. – Leviticus 18:23
If a man lies carnally with an animal, he must be put to death. And you are also to kill the animal. If a woman approaches any animal to mate with it, you must kill both the woman and the animal. They must surely be put to death; their blood is upon them. – Leviticus 20:15-16

Note: This is assumed to apply to “animals” but how can it be that a woman can stand before an animal to mate with it unless this is referring to another non-Adamic racial person who has the capability to have intercourse with that woman?
4. In regard to witchcraft and divination:
You must not allow a sorceress to live. – Exodus 22:18
A man or a woman who is a medium or spiritist must surely be put to death. They shall be stoned; their blood is upon them. – Leviticus 20:27
Consider those who push pharmaceutical (Greek: pharmakea) drugs, including vaccines.

5. In regard to unjust weights and measures and usury:
You must not use dishonest measures of length, weight, or volume. You shall maintain honest scales and weights, an honest ephah, and an honest hin. I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt. – Leviticus 19:35-36
You shall not have two differing weights in your bag, one heavy and one light. You shall not have two differing measures in your house, one large and one small. You must maintain accurate and honest weights and measures, so that you may live long in the land that the LORD your God is giving you. For everyone who behaves dishonestly in regard to these things is detestable to the LORD your God. – Deuteronomy 25:13-16
He engages in usury and takes excess interest. Will this son live? He will not! Since he has committed all these abominations, he will surely die; his blood will be on his own head. – Ezekiel 18:13
Any monetary system that is not based on “a perfect and just weight” (Deuteronomy 25:15) and is used to unjustly oppress your neighbor or the less fortunate such as widows and orphans, must be abolished. Just weights and measures is the principle of biblical Law and anything else is forbidden.
The American Constitution was established from the Law of Nations and codified in the Constitution itself and in Public Law is that Congress only had the power granted from We the People to “coin Money and …” and was prohibited for or authorizing “emitting bills of credit.” That is what we have now called Federal Reserve Notes and digital bank credit, falsely called “money.” It is the reason for all the depressions, recessions, wars, and a major part of the dissolution of law, justice, and morals.
The law on this subject was so critical that the penalty for debasing coin of gold or silver or by emitting bills of credit was “death” (History of Congress, January 17, 1792, p. 73).
Consequences of Unlawfulness
In regard to unjust weights and measures and usury, the vast majority of people are ignorant of the reality of their enslavement because of a falsely created debt in which there is no mathematical solution. But unless this unlawful money system and all the other immoral issues are corrected by means of God’s written judgments, there will be an out-of-control, ungodly world system that will be for all of us a living hell. Read the true history of Stalin’s regime and you will only get a glimpse of what is going to take place.
In regard to the moral perversions and the approval thereof, the founders knew well that these were the consequential results of an unlawful monetary system. The reality of our corrupt government now also extends to advocate and legalize immorality of every sort. To understand the American Constitution as originally adopted as it applies to corruption, one must understand the context and background explained in the Law of Nations upon which this Constitution was based.
The Law in Antiquity
The Law of Nations or The Principles of Natural Law Applied to the Conduct and to the Affairs of Nations and of Sovereigns, penned by Emer de Vattel.
The many defects in the Articles of Confederation gave rise to the Constitution for the United States of America. Law of Nations applies to the entire body politic. Of course violations of the Law of Nations is one of the three constitutional crimes. See: U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 8, Clause 10. The first nine (9) chapters of James Kent’s "Commentaries on American Law" are devoted to Law of Nations. Vattel is specifically mentioned as one of the “masters of the public law” in that seminal four volume work. Vattell is also the very first citation given in James Cooley’s book, "Constitutional Limitations.”

EDUCATION
Ҥ 115. Love of virtue, and abhorrence of vice, ought to be taught.
It is not enough to educate the Nation in knowledge; in order to lead it to happiness, it is even more necessary to inspire a love of virtue, and an abhorrence of vice. Those who have thoroughly investigated the subject of morality are convinced that virtue is the true and only path that leads to happiness; so that its principles are nothing else than the art of living happily. One would have to be very ignorant of political affairs not to perceive how much more capable a virtuous nation is of forming a happy, peaceful, flourishing, and secure State, respected by its neighbors, and formidable to its enemies. Self-interest, therefore, in addition to his duty and the dictates of his conscience, should lead a prince to watch attentively over such important a matter. Let him employ all his authority to increase virtue, and to suppress vice; let him establish the public institutions with that objective in view, and direct to it the example of his own conduct and the distribution of favors, employments, and dignities. Let him extend his attention even to the private life of the citizens, and let him banish from the state whatever is suited only to corrupt morals. It belongs to a treatise on statesmanship to teach him in detail what are the means for attaining this desirable end and to show him those which he ought prefer, and those which he ought to avoid because of the dangers accompanying their use and of abuses that may creep in. We only make the general remark here that vice may be suppressed by punishments, but that gentle means are alone capable of raising men to the practice of virtue; you may inspire men to it, but you cannot force them.
§ 116. The nation may hence discover the intention of its rulers.
It is unquestionably true that the virtues of the citizens constitute the best dispositions a just and wise government could desire. Here, then, is a certain indication by which a Nation may discover the policy of those who govern it. If they endeavor to make the nobility and the common people virtuous, their aim is upright and sincere; you may be assured that their sole object is the great end of government, the happiness and the glory of the Nation. But if they corrupt morals, if they spread a desire for luxury, or effeminacy, or an ardor for licentious pleasures, if they induce the nobility to a ruinous display of pomp; beware, O people, of such corruptors! Therefore, a word of counsel to holders of public office and also to the Citizens of the American Republic descended from the original “We the People”: We are responsible for this corrupt state of affairs and are under sacred obligation to correct it!
The God of the Bible calls us to repent and do righteousness and justice and to return to Him with our whole heart.
